Owners Carolyn and Chris Casper, members of Flagler Organics will prepare a special organic luncheon with vegetables and fruits from our Tuesday’s Harvest Day basket. This will be a real treat and a “do not miss” opportunity.
The entire luncheon will be a slow foods experience. Flagler Fish Company is the only “Slow Food”restaurant in Flagler County. With an already superb reputation, the Flagler Fish Company is an unrivaled seafood destination in Flagler Beach and now the only restaurant that serves fresh organic and locally grown vegetables.
This afternoon we stopped by the Flagler Fish Company to see Chris.
When we walked in he immediately informed us that he and is staff where just talking about the Red Chard they received in the basket this week. They were discussing how to prepare it. We smiled. We knew how delicious is was last night, we enjoyed in a stir fry with a little curry paste on top.
When we asked Chris about cooking an organic meal from the fresh organic vegetables and fruits we enjoy every week, he said he would gladly do so.
We can’t wait to see what Mirit will order this week and what Chris will magically transform into a culinary delight.

If you can afford it, you really need to add your logo to t-shirts and sell them. Your logo is colorful and spectacular. I always buy t-shirts from my travels like lots of other people.
