Join us for a very special organic luncheon at the Flagler Fish Company on Wednesday April 14th 11:30. We invite everyone in to join.
Owners Carolyn and Chris Casper, members of Flagler Organics will prepare a special organic luncheon with vegetables and fruits from our Tuesday’s Harvest Day basket. This will be a real treat and a “do not miss” opportunity.
The entire luncheon will be a slow foods experience. Flagler Fish Company is the only “Slow Food” restaurant in Flagler County. With an already superb reputation, the Flagler Fish Company is an unrivaled seafood destination in Flagler Beach and now the only restaurant that serves fresh organic and locally grown vegetables.
We won’t know what’s on the menu until that day. Chris uses ingredients from Flagler Organics Basket to make a special meal.
This special organic luncheon, will not be available to anyone else at the restaurant, its just like a catered affair! We need to know by Friday April 9th if you are attending.
Thanks for helping us start a new tradition here in Flagler County.
See you there

I am coming to the April luncheon. looking forward to great food and friends.
Does anyone have a good way to use all that celery that we get? I tried braising it with onion and herbs, and it was good, but cant use it all up fast enough.
See you at the luncheon. So nice to gather mid-week.
