Some of you already know that we carry fresh organic coffee from The Life Thyme Cafe and Wellness – Anne Marshall and Carola Coopers’ new and wonderfully exciting apothecary, massage and organic coffee cafe in City Walk, Palm Coast.

Believe me you will not find this organic product at the Farmer’s Market or even in your local big industry grocery stores.  We drink coffee and I think it is safe to say that we love our morning coffee.  We we tried Life Thyme’s Organic/Fair Trade coffee we immediately notice the lack of acidity, but more so we noticed the smooth full favor.  Low acidity and full favor organic coffee in Palm Coast below retail.

• Organic Espresso - Roasted in the Italian espresso tradition, our Espresso Organico blend consists of four different single origin coffees. The first is a fair trade certified organic coffee from Central America. This it is then combined with an organic African and two diverse organic South American beans. Together they create a complex and yes, knock your socks off espresso. • Organic French Roast – Insight from our Master Coffee Importer: The term French Roast is kind of a catch all term in our coffee culture. While most agree it is a dark roast, the actual coffee beans used in a French roast is paramount. Some roasters use a low grade bean and hope the dark roast hides its imperfections. Our specialty Organic French Roast blend is a secret blend of 100% organic Indonesian and South American specialty beans. This is a medium/full body blend, with a nice low acidity nuttiness complimented with the rich, dark French roast that only high grown beans can take.
