Quick Notes

This is a lively tasting, high energy salad. The fermentation created by the apple cider vinegar provides numerous health enhancing benefits. Appropriate for all dietary types. Try some at breakfast and start your day with a bang!

Variations

Adjust the proportions and quantities of the ingredients to suit your taste and needs. Shredded or fine slicing creates a slaw type condiment. Medium or thick makes a great lunch or dinner side dish.
