P & T Farms is an organically grown chestnut farm in Madison County, Florida.  The owners live in Flagler Beach.  2009 harvest  is their first and we are really proud to offer it.  P and T farms was created in 2005 and will have over 500 organic chestnut trees when capacity is reached.  This first harvest was from about 100 tress.

The chestnuts display a wonderful color and are sweet and tender after roasting.  If you have never roasted or have never had roasted chestnuts you are in for a truly fall delight.  Before you roast a chestnut you have to cut an x into the husk or the nut will explode.  Remember, we are not making pop corn.  Enjoy them  all season long.  They make the holidays special and remember any day can be a personal holiday.
