Summary: A great fall dish
Ingredients
1 lb. organic green beans, trimmed
1-1/2 tsp. fresh organic lemon juice
2 Tbs. chopped fresh organic flat-leaf Italian parsley
1 tsp. organic olive oil
2 Tbs. sliced organic almonds, toasted
1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 organic garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
Instructions
Toast the almonds, and assemble other ingredients so they are ready when the beans are.
Steam beans, covered, 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and return to pan.
Add parsley and all remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine. [...]
