Since I like to have some fresh veggies but not a full salad that takes up too much room I make what I call a Yoav Salad. Ingredients
- 2 Large Organic Cucumbers
- 4 Organic Roma Tomatoes (or whatever tomatoes you like)
- 1 Bundle of Organic Green Onions
- Organic Cilantro to taste
- 1/2 of a Organic Fresh Lemon
- Dash of Organic Olive Oil
Instructions
- Chop all ingredients except lemon. Squeeze in the lemon and add a dash or two of olive oil. Stir.
- Add or subtract ingredients to your taste.
Super simple, super fresh tasting addition to usually heavy overload of holiday eats!
